I began training at my local Dance School at the age of five. At eighteen I was awarded a scholarship to attend The Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts where I studied Dance and Musical Theatre.

After graduating I took on various performing roles both in the UK and abroad. Between & alongside performing contracts I began teaching dance. I am experienced in teaching a variety of genres including Ballet, Modern, Tap, Street Jazz, Acrobatics and Musical Theatre.

I am a qualified instructor for both the ISTD, IDTA & Acrobatic Arts. I have choreographed many routines for various shows and local, national & international competitions. I have helped several successful candidates apply for Dance College.

I have directed and choreographed pantomimes and musical theatre adaptations. My choreography has qualified to represent Team England in The Dance World Cup 2020 & 2021.

In 2009 I made the shift from performer to teacher and in 2016 I set up Project Dance. I have been delivering Dance Workshops, courses & clubs to primary schools across the South East since 2009, alongside being Deputy Principal at a well established Dance School in Essex.
